Detect and Block Exploitation Loopholes Early
Instructions
-
List group rewards and vulnerabilities. In any club or family, identify what’s most often shared or up for grabs—snacks, money, group praise, or workload.
-
Spot patterns where people get the benefit without effort. Recall times someone has received a reward or advantage without contributing—the group snacks, or last person to join a chore but avoids the hardest task.
-
Propose one change to plug the loophole. Suggest a rule: ‘work before reward’, pre-distributed tasks, or peer review. Be ready to explain why everyone wins when freeloading is discouraged.
