Instructions

  1. Identify issues you care most deeply about. Make a list of problems, causes, or relationships that matter to you. Highlight the few you’re willing and able to focus on for real change.

  2. Release guilt about not addressing every crisis. Notice feelings of obligation to ‘stay informed’ or to chip in everywhere. Remind yourself of your limits, and that it’s not selfish to focus.

  3. Dedicate energy and attention to chosen areas. Pour the energy you might have scattered widely into in-depth action or care in your prioritized domains.
