Only Solve Problems as They Actually Arrive

Instructions

  1. Notice when your mind is racing ahead. When anxiety rises, pause and check if you’re trying to ‘solve’ events that don’t exist yet.

  2. Ask yourself what’s immediately needed. Shift focus away from distant scenarios and tune into the next actionable step or concrete need that’s present now.

  3. Return to the present with trust in your future self. Remind yourself that you’ll meet future challenges with the same qualities that serve you now. Let go, for now, of attempting to ‘cross every bridge’ in advance.
