Instructions

  1. Start a ‘done list’ today. For every task you complete (big or small), add it to a running list—on paper or digitally. The list should grow across the day.

  2. Compare what you did—not what’s left. When feeling behind, review your ‘done list’ and notice the difference in emotion versus focusing on unfinished tasks.

  3. Let small wins count—especially on tough days. Even tiny actions like ‘sent an important text’ or ‘cooked a meal’ belong on the list, especially if you’re struggling with motivation.
